Guided relief valve RVG, RVT series relief valve instructions:
1. When the guided relief valve RVG, RVT adjusts the pressure, loosen the lock nut and slowly turn the handle. Clockwise means the pressure rises, and counterclockwise means the pressure drops. After the adjustment, don't forget to tighten the nut. The pressure is limited by the installed retaining ring. When a working pressure cannot be reached, some retaining rings can be removed.
2. Guided relief valve RVG, RVT oil return type: the oil return pipe of direct-acting type and remote control type shall not be connected with the oil return pipe of other valves, but shall return to the oil tank directly. If the internal volume of the return pipe is too large, frequency vibration is likely to occur. Therefore, the length and diameter of the piping should be minimized.
3. Guided relief valve RVG, RVT flow selection: when the flow is small, the adjustment pressure will be unstable. Therefore, when the caliber 03 and 06 are used, the flow rate should be greater than 5L/min, and when the caliber 10 is adopted, the flow rate should be greater than 8L/min.
